Retention policy
Choose a review period. This creates a reminder, not automatic deletion. Your facility must approve retention and deletion policies.
Records beyond your selected review period are marked for review; nothing is deleted automatically.
Deployment & safety limitations
This app is not clinically validated. Confirm storage encryption, processing agreements, lawful basis, cross-border transfers and incident response with your facility before entering real patient information. AI provider training and retention practices must be reviewed; no guarantee is made by this app.
